My Biography

Tracy is the owner of a small STEM consulting business that provides program design, training and coaching for educators working with youth outside of traditional school settings. She has over 35 years of experience in guiding youth and training adults to facilitate engineering, environmental science and health science career exploration.  As an ACRES coach, Tracy strives to support adults to move their practice beyond content to deeper, more relevant learning opportunities for youth. Tracy’s experience has been influenced by her work as the Program Director for Frost Valley YMCA Environmental Education, Director of Education for ECHO Lake Aquarium and Science Center, the Project Manager for Training at Vermont Afterschool and currently as a Certified Educator Specialist for the Museum of Science, Boston.
