My Biography

Wayne has been guiding youth in STEM learning since 2008 and supporting educators since 2013. In addition to his role as an ACRES coach, he is the Programs Manager at NC CAP. He has a certification as an Interpretive Guide and over 10 years of experience conducting STEM Professional Development for undergraduates. Wayne has also written hands-on STEM curricula for all ages for Morehead Planetarium. Wayne aims to reach isolated afterschool professionals and help them offer meaningful and high quality STEM content to their students.
