My Biography

Hi my name is Edward and I am the owner and instructor of the new Kumon Math & Reading Center of Virginia Beach – Hilltop on Laskin Road. I am foremost a father of five from ages 4 to 13. I am a retired Marine Corps Officer. I am passionate about educating our communities youth. The Kumon Program is a worksheet based, after-school Math & Reading enrichment program that helps to instill in children the desire to achieve and the motivation to learn on their own. Students who enroll in Kumon often times wind up studying beyond their grade level.
